They MUST be able to shed some weight. My 365hp only translates to 290-ish at the wheels, but the car still manages a 12.7. If they took 100kgs off the next gen HSVs/FPVs imagine what they'd be capable of... |

Its not just about the weight though, look at the R35 Skyline they weigh in around 1730kgs now, difference is the AWD, chassis setup + All the electronic driver aids lol. The FPVs and HSVs are very good for the price and it isnt hard to make them handle even better camber kit, coil overs and sway bars is all it really takes. |

yeh ive got coil overs and im lookin at upgrading my sway bars so this thing handles as good as i can get it but it handled thatgood standard ay i couldnt beleive it no body roll or anything I find it hard to believe that it has no body roll, a 1850kg Ford sedan, come on. They are a bargin buy though. When I purchase a new car mid year, i'll look into them for sure. However, like Wolfie made mention to, the weight is still a killer. |

mate id love to take you for a drive in it ive driven my mates GTS and its got twice the body roll mine does you dont even notice it All the reviews say that the e3 series hsvs handle far better than the fpvs, if you want the handling, cabin features etc go the hsv, but straight line grunt go the fpv, what I did find interesting was they were recording the exact same 0-100 times, but the rolling acceleration of the gt was a lot better |
