Well seeing as females have been out style males for centuries in most things (cloths, hair, houses, gardens etc etc) put a female and a car enthusiast together not to mention a couple of years/ import cars for practice and why the fuck wouldn't a female have the capability to do up a car well. As her partner I have stepped back and watched her do it as she wants and yep allllll byyyy herself. Clearly as a male I have had no reason to step in as she has done very well on her own, so accept it and move on.
