Ash offered one the previous page, and if he's too far/not able to, I have one as well available. That will teach me for trying to read on my phone - completely missed his post. I'll check with Ash as he's actually up around my way. If it doesn't work out I'll be sure to PM you though, cheers! pm me for crane use. I have already trashed mine with a big block.... people will get upset if you borrow and wreck theirs. Will send a PM now. Not for the BBC though - picked up a 351 / gearbox for the XB which I have to go pickup and put in. Should make things more fun for the 'daily' driver. Can bring those headers along if you still wanted them too? |

Cheers for the offer, unfortunately I need it for this weekend though. Looks like I'll just have to buy one... $275 to hire one for a week from Kennards - ridiculous! You can buy them cheaper than that from Glenfords.. Mine was around $230 or something, 5 ton. Nathan can vouch for it. |

We all know that you fucking gimp. We all pay you out because you get soooooooooooooo fucking upset over it.if you didnt get your g string and such a twist it wouldnt have started in the first place, but because you make a big song and dance and think every comment made about period correctness is a personal attack, we keep going, |

For what its worth since none of you seem to be able to grasp the concept. My whole period correctness is purely a styling thing, has nothing to do with tools or anything else. I don't know how none of you can get it. Ill throw my two bobs in the pot Maybe JUST maybe stop telling people how to build their CARS Fuk this period correctness shit (reading all your posts on ozrodders, youve rustled a few on there about it as well) IF and WHEN you can BUILD something thats better, faster, shinier or even period correct (or ACCURATE to a period) then and only then can you comment and tell people what the FUK they can or cant do Most of us have been working on cars way before you were a tinkle in your dads eyes |

You and clutch monkey havegreat builds but im not a fan of British cars and your gay so hence the reason i like bobby's builds So how come im not in your SIG!??? HMMM???? hahaha.... Did a bit of work on the missus' valiant today... coming along nicely. Sandblasting engine bay and engine tomorrow. Good times. GOt it all pulled apart and ready but iphone went in the pool so dont have any photos... will put some up tomorrow. ALSO!!!! The GALAXIE should have a new engine in it within the next couple of weeeeeeeks.... 460 big block baby - from a lincoln, not an aussi F-truck. There is a HUGE HP difference in the lincoln 460's favour over the aussie ones so im looking forward to that. Should be more grunty than the 351 it had, at least! Speaking of that 351, now my clutch for clip has arrived from the states i will be bolting it up to the toploader gearbox and fitting it to my XB shortly. Tomorrow, once valiant bay is done, might have some time (and sand?) left over to do the engine bay in the XB...?? Possibly. Missus paid for the sand she is reminding me while reading over my shoulder lol.... I havent told her my LABOUR FEES FOR WORKING ON HER VALIANT YET..... (in bold to make sure she can read it.) I think she was making a point of please her or errmmm... please oneself. If you get my meaning. and there are those of us on here who have fond memories of it as well Haha really? Married, eh...? haha... Continuing with the sandblasting. This car is gonna look weird at the test and tune... an old stripped out CM rust bucket, looking completely standard and cream coloured, but pop the bonnet and the thing is immaculate and plastered with welded alloy sheetmetal, ceramic coated alloy, braided line and heat wrapped extractors with big fat MSD leads and coil and such haha... Bit of a sleeper...? except for the widened 14x8 rears with 245s i guess. |

Probably wouldn't hurt to get some cold galvanise/killrust type product and paint it over the bare metal area once it's dry |
