Doesnt look like the rear quarters are raised. Just looks like the sheetmetal that would have been the rear door has been extended to meet it, instead of sitting a couple of inches lower than the bootline as standard. I agree about the front bar- looks too plain. |

The LX hatch ANARCHY ... seen it in another mag feature XTREME HOLDENS or something similar Chopped and couped XF looks interesting, don't care for the colour or the interior but the outside metal work is damn sweet, raised rear quarters look bitchin. Some frenched in driving lights would of completed the front bumper a bit better though http://freestylerides.com/psycho-xf.htm This a joke right? Like WB said, I can appreciate the workmanship, but that thing is uglier than the ugly car it started out as! I saw that at the newsagent and shuddered. |

I agree about the front bar- looks too plain. Whole car looks pretty cool but wow what an odd vehicle to use as a base. Fairly sure they've extended the rear door to meet up with the boot line to give the Cuda / Camaro rear door lines You mean, "What an UGLY vehicle to use as a base." Totally agree. I can appreciate the workmanship gone into it, but I hate pretty much the entire car. Interior is wayyy out there. Paint is crap. Wheels crap. Chop, coupe conversion etc. Its done to the wrong car! I'll take the driveline though. I don't know what it is but i'm guessing its either a stroker SB or a standard stroke BB blown of course, C4/6 followed by a 9". This a joke right? Like WB said, I can appreciate the workmanship, but that thing is uglier than the ugly car it started out as! I saw that at the newsagent and shuddered. I don't think it was the wrong car to execute the concept on, if they had modified it as it was built from the factory that way; and had less blinged out show details it would have been a more interesting car Driveline specs are: QUOTE ENGINE
351 Cleveland: Venolia pistons; Carrillo rods; Crower solid roller cam; BDS 871 supercharger; Enderle hat converted to EFI; Airflow Dynamics aluminium heads; ignition (EMS crank trigger converted to flywheel); Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) TRANSMISSION C4 gearbox; fabricated bell-housing and inspection plate; large capacity aluminium sump (with smooth casing); full floating 9-inch Detroit locker with 31 spline axles; pinion extension housing |

That yellow thing above is ugly to start with and the purple one looks like the mutant offspring which resulted when an early celica got drunk and had sex with previously mentioned ugly yellow thing in a dark alley outside a seedy bar in the Valley. |

There's really nothing to like about it at all I'm afraid. RIGHT. |

Does anyone know where to get old school size tires, roughly 235-60-14 and 205-60-14, and preferably BFG T/A's at a good price? The guys on ebay can do a set for $800 to my door but no stock til dec, is there a way I can bypass them and get straight from supplier, or cheaper from OS? |

They are a shocking tyre, there is a reason why people use the abbreviation TA for Traffic Accident............. This in the wet! Unless you want skidders for the back when it rains! Just get a decent set for the front. I'd recommend Bridgestone Potenza RE050's for wet weather (they come standard on my car) but they are dear as posion for a 2nd year apprentice. $500+ a tyre for highway duty, no thanks. |
