Picked it up for $5g and did about $3g worth of repairs to get it running reliably.

The red triangle is a thing in the boot, i assume its to put behind the car for when you break down, so motorists can see you. In the pic i was jump starting the car and put it up for shits.

    Cheers for the comments guys.

My recommendation : do not spend money on coilovers mods etc until you have sorted the engine and electrics.. I did work for a guy who had one of these from brand new.. he blew the engine in it ( fuck knows how ) a replacement engine said and done cost over 30 grand (like 5 years ago). He still owns it and said he still loves it regardless of that minor hiccup.. this is a guy who owns a company turning over millions of dollars every month. So yea.. you're a p plater, prob not earning as much as him, so just be aware that you need a fair wad of cash if major things go wrong with these. If it were me I'd have a few grand always laying around ready to get you back on the road.

Very nice p plater car though smile.gif

That would have been an m3 for sure, these engine are quite cheap now and you can replace it yourself it isn't hard smile.gif

x2 if they are not m cars they are not much more to fix than most cars, people tend to think that because they are a bmw they are going to be expensive to get parts for but if you search around they can be owned and run for not much more than a commodore or falcon. o/t really nice car man, would look mad with the m bodykit and updated lights and lower

definatly get all problems sorted, but after coilovers with a nice set of 10' wide bbs's or breytons would set it off! look up the sports or v8 version, they do have very nice optional extras in the way of body parts available that do make these look very aggresive!

but yes if you source parts yourself youll pay fractions of what places will charge you for them, the USA for instance.

Yeah I have found most of the parts I want on BeastPower.com. Will hopefully get the build going at the start of next year, after my holiday smile.gif
