not much to say really, bought it last year, had alot of shit wrong with it( that i found out later) . so far i have done the interior, manifold, new trimatic with stally, reco the holley, put smaller jets in, plus the usual stuff like leads and spark plugs, had help from a good mate to do this, love cruising in this car, i know its not everyones cup of tea but hey if everyone had the same taste life would be boring, cheers for looking

We're talking about a VK here. Not a 40s Chev/Ford. It depends on the driver's taste. IMO VKs look awesome on FR19s (Yeah I know they're pretty common, but they look good).

I wouldn't go any bigger than that though. As long as it's not a set of crappy dinner plate style wheels I think VKs (like most early Commodores) can look quite nice with a bigger set of wheels, but it all comes down to the driver in the end and what he/she likes.

Anyway nice VK mate. The yellow looks really good.

im not sure about the ss stickers, they were on it when i bought it. they will be removed when it gets resprayed and staying off, only wheels i would consider replacing these with would be a set of nice simmons, or vy gts wheels

Love VK's mate. I would put the Group A front an rear bars on to match the side skirts, ditch all of the stickers and the group A scoop, have a nice K and N air cleaner sticking through the bonnet and either polish the aeros or invest in a set of FR18 Simmons. Makes me miss my old Group A replica.

I think they are VH SS stickers... pretty sure VK SS were shaded in and not just an outline...
