THE FULL RUNDOWN
I have a toyota soarer mz20 89 model. the car is a manual with r154.
the car was tuned at gt auto on 18/3/11 it made 350.3 rwkw at 1.1 bar on 98 octane.
this car has had a full rebuild with all the running gear been put into this white shell, the motor
has also had an overhaul around 5k ago, with new hks rings, bearing, head gasket full head service, cnc porting and shims reset. bottom end was balanced again, crank linish, block honed, oil pump resurfaced, new seals, new water pump, new belts etc etc. the clutch was rebuilt at the same time.
the car can make more power if needed but 350 rwkw is enough power for me,
the car made 493rwhp on pits dyno in 07 on 18psi
engine, 3.2ltr 7mgte

hks ring set
carrillo conrods and rod bolts
trd main bearings, acl race big ends bearings
all balanced bottom end
custom trap door sump
arp main studs
arp head studs
hks custom head gasket 2.0mm
cnc head porting to make the 7mgte head breath
toda cams in264/ex264 8.0mm lift
os giken adjustable cam gears
toda hd valve springs and retainer/shim kit
greedy timing belt and new idler bearing
trust t88 34d 18cm turbo kit

triple plate os giken clutch, converted to a twin plate, 4 puck solid centre by jim berry race clutch
os giken pull to push convertor
r154 with os giken close ratio gear set
new clutch master cyl and slave
trd 2 way diff with 4.1.1 ratio
hks fcon pro v ecu with map sensor ( afm gone )

Wed13Post #28mate try that website i have a z20 but 1g with about 225hp and if you need anything it's most likely there i needed engine mount's posted it up this morning on there and now it looks like i'v got a set in brissy to pick up also i got my boss kit off a bloke from there as well as other parts.
