The 1st 3SGTE Starlet GT in Australia.

Engine: Toyota Celica ST185 3SGTE 2.0

Exhaust: 2.5 inch

Suspension: Custom springs front, pedders rear

Wheels: Currently 14 inch, but will go 16's

Modifications: Standard install

Stereo Audio / Visual: Standard cd player

Estimated Power: Not yet dynoed.



Later build will look at the engine making 500HP+ and 10 second passes.

    ****ing nice man, I was thinking of doing this when I had a spare 3sgte out of a gt4 celica. thumbsup.gif Engine bay pictures need to be posted asap to stop haters who wont look at the link though.

    not so much "haters" not looking at the link but why bother posting up one pic of your car saying it has this motor and such and not take the 15 mins to take a few of your own pics and post them?...i mean it is members rides...

    500hp... Why? I know the guy who built a totally spaztic Starlet GT, and it was a waste, could fry the treads in 5th at 100km and cross three lanes of highway...

    Would it not be better to have a controllable car, that handles well, rather then an animal of a car that you cannot drive, nor bring on boost...

    Some people really don't have much of a clue about modding a FWD...

    The power and performance specifications:

    14.1 @ 13psi
    13.2 @107MPH at 20psi boost
    182.9HP with a slipping clutch
    Last made 140kws on the dyno.
    1:17 seconds Wakefield park lap time
    47 sec at Muralan.

    The ^ specs is from the 4efte 1.3 litre engine, and not the 3sgte.

    Also, why put an engine in that will limit full lock on the steering and make the front end heavy?

    And if you are the infamous Roger Cordia, why not put your super secret intercooler or turbo kit on this one and go out and rape everything that tries to race you..

    Just spent 20mins finding out who Roger Cordia is........Owner of west sydneys fastest cordia. And is extremely proud of it. Who got banned from some Cordia website became kansai had 180 posts before shocking everyone by revealing his true Identity. I see....... unsure.gif

    Sup Roger Cordia,

    Does this only have 1.5 Bends in the intercooler?

    PS: There have been quite a few 3SGTE Starlet's in Australia already. Try again.
