Absolutely love the Monaro's especially in yellow. It's good to see one that hasn't been molested with chev badges and shit rims like a few I've seen getting around.

cheers. It's got some pretty average rims on it at the moment, but they don't look bad when they're rolling and i like the look of chrome against the yellow. As tiny as they look they are actually 19's, I would love a nice set of billet 20's on it but i'll wait until a good set pop up for the right price. Plus, the VK gets priority for money at the moment.

And yes, that purple VL has a wicked arse end on it.

Be-Hating - i'll post up some pics and a bit of a write up when i at least get the engine in, it's only early in the build stage atm and going very slow . . .

SALVAGE - i'll get in contact when you get it in. Could be after a few odds and ends.

Cheers everyone for the positive comments.

broken rear exhaust hanger, they actually look good when they're tucked up there nicely

Just realised that it looks f*cken weird in that pic, there's actually a pair of 3.5" dump tips there, not just one big ugly thing lol

Yes it would be good to drive around on the draglites all the time, but i don't wanna wreck em on our shithouse roads here. And i don't think the coppers would agree with me running around with a set of front runners on . . .

Ahhhh shit, spewin! I'll be there, probably just have the Monaro there again, i doubt the VK will be done. If i do, i'll be throwing some 15's on this time, looked stupid last year coming onto every straight sideways but on hard 18's making no smoke lol.

ur headers are to small u need 1 7/8. 4 into 1's measure the exaust port they are huge from factory

If i did, i'd lose too much low RPM torque, with the standard cam and torque convertor the power range would only be small. For a free set of headers on a daily driver, they do the job well enough.
