This looks really good and good idea to get rid of the Chev badges.

leave the chev grille in the front IMO, the chrome strip really sets the front end off. Maybe paint the badge black instead of gold?

That's just my opinion, i don't mind the chev badges.

those "cheap looking" simmons FR19's are probably worth around 6 grand dude . . . everyone's got GTS rims on late model commodores / monaro's nowdays.

Great car for sure, and yes wheels are definitely a good choice, despite the recent display of ignorance.

I lol'ed. I don't think FR19s can be considered "cheap looking" in any aspect.

Probably the most sought after wheels ever made. My old man has had offers of over $8000 for the ones on his Calais.

    Anyway looks mint mate. :P

Very nice, such an Aussie classic.

I didn't know you could get Super Streets that low. Not a huge fan of the wheels even thought clearly they are quality. But hey the rest is awesome. I too would paint the chev badge black.

If your old man was offered $8k for Simmons he is a bit of a goose not to take the offer!
They are almost 100% identical to the old style that they make now and $900 per rim for a 19in.
