hello all. i own a 32 gtr and it wont hit the limiter.i've replaced the coil packs and the spark plugs,cleaned the intercooler pipes checked it over and i can't figure it out.any info or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.:cheers:

ive have had a vipec ecu put in and tuned at godzilla motorsports If it went all up to the limiter before they installed it, take it back to them and ask them the question |

But like GTRVspec95 said not happy take it back. |

But like GTRVspec95 said not happy take it back. nar im happy with watt he did it was running well for months after he put it in, them had timing belt and all that done and thats when it started playin up, still hits 14 pound and runs well just dont hit limter and dont feel like its pulling as hard |

Or chances are he has changed the power curve for response over power. |

GT2860r-5 Tomei Dumps Nismo 600cc Nismo fuel pump HKS hard piping kit Cooling pro front mount 100cell Cat I just got this done from godzilla motorpsort gt2860-5 tomei dumps vi-pec plug in ecu (no more afm:)) went good but the muffler burnt out:( how much extra hp did the injectors and pump bring it up to |

Recheck the camshaft timing My money is on the intake or exhaust cam timing being out one tooth which explains why it dont pull as hard either. I would also double check all the intercooler pipes are sealed up tight(check with some soapy water) +1 for timing, have seen that a few times |

Why such a low power figure? -5's are 400kw turbos... Doesn't have the headwork to push it that far Next on his shopping list would be a matching set of cam's and cam gears more then likely |

I will most likely just go poncams would love procams but as a daily = bad. The exhaust is also a big big restriction I need to go from a 2 3" into a single 4" into a 4" cat back out to my 3 1/2" system. |

my old r32 gtr wouldnt hit the limiter either after a new timing belt was put in .. turned out the cams were 1 tooth out and it just stuffed everything up .. lucky it wasnt more than one or it woulda been very damaging |

Price of replacing gtr turbos = why I bought a wrx even though I wanted a gtr. I looked at Wrx's and Evos before my GTR.... I test drove a Evo 7... I felt like I was going to break the thing. as where the GTR so far is taking my punishment fairly well But the sound of a GTR full noise. PRICELESS Wanna sell me that exhaust ? hahaha |
