You shouldn't have to really shoulder check to exit a roundabout from the inner lane. Any traffic on the roundabout already should be exiting with you (as you can't generally turn right from the left lane of a roundabout, unless signed), and any traffic entering the roundabout from the incoming street (who may be going straight from left lane) should be giving way to you.

Im all for oldies driving safe, but when your in a 110km/h zone on the Bruce Highway its friggen dangerous when they are only doing 70km/h in the fast lane, how is it they dont catch on that cars are zapping past them on the left side and swerving in front of them, they just keep putting along.....DANGEROUS

Couple things...

1. People who have trailers/caravans who don't wire up the tail lights on them so you have no idea if they are braking or indicating... Came across this few times in the last week.

2. People who dont sit in right lane on 2 lane roundabouts and honk at me when I am in the right lane an they want to go same way I am which becomes one lane so they honk at me...So i just flip them off. (Case in point) the roundabout outside piazza parking next to the petrol station.

the roundabout at ikea springwood is a shocker ... i nearly been taken out a few times tryin to cross from the ikea entry to the service road when people fail to indicate till the last second to cross from the inside lane to the motorway entrance :/

haha taxi drivers :P , i had this guy the other day, was 80 zone 60 on school hours, n mind u this was last SUNDAY, he was doing 50 no more, n i over took him n he went off his tits, but he didnt like it wen i started to slow down n told him to pull over, not that i wud of gone rank but just to explain ti him the ROAD RULES. Wankers honestly.

Sick of dickheads cutting me off on the Rode rd roundabout. Think they're being sneaky by pulling into the left lane, but then realising the left lane ends before the exit they want (Old Northern rd) and then cutting into my lane, causing me to brake suddenly.

i had a sudden realization today ... the most dangerous thing on aussie roads is a commodore with a p plate ... i saw at least 3 driving like dickheads and nearly get wiped out ... government should ban p platers from driving them ...

When: 7.55am this morning
Where: Newmarket Rd, Newmarket area.
Who: Some dumb shit bitch in a green hyundai excel
What: Was a little wet this morning so everyone was just cruising along as per normal (except for this slut). I was travelling down Newmarket Rd in the worktruck to my first job. It's a 2 lane, but cars do park on the left lane. Just doing the speed limit in the right lane and i see in my peripherals this mole (about mid 20's) creeping up in the left. I think nothing of it until i see about 50m ahead there is a parked car in the left lane. Instead of slipping in behind me (there was a good 3 car gap behind me), she tried to "accelerate" to take the 1 car gap infront of me. Being in the excel obviously didnt help her attain any worthwhile overtaking speed. She still tried to merge into my lane when the nose of her car was inline with the front of my trayback. She must of realised that couldn't end well so she planted the foot hard on the break, stopping literally an inch from the park car's bum.
Sounds mean, but i really did want to hear a *screech, bang*... Oh well, there's always tomorrow.

i chatch the bus on a thusday and the stupid bitch flys dow a hill 120ks in a 60 zone, she does the sharpest turns imaginable, "BUS'S DONT HAVE SEAT BELTS!". Worst of all shes tries to go up a hill in 3rd and every time she stops after going 1kmh and rolls back 30ft before going into 1st. Shes the worst bus driver ever lucky theres never any cars around when she tries to climb hills

Saw commodore driven into big ditch on other side of road mid to late this arvy, old vp or vn looking thing. P plater of course. had cops and fireys and tow trucks there.

Funny thing was on way home saw a tow truck, carrying a tow truck, carrying one of the cars... Perhaps it got pulled into ditch or something.

Couple of days ago, thursday i think.

Some stupid bitch in a series 635i with her 3 friends, she was drifting from lane to lane while on her phone laughing with her friends. I almost felt like pulling up next to her and letting her run into me as she was going into the other lane.

Looked like dad's car, definitely not hers.
