UPDATE -

We still confidently promote the Ksport and Racing Logic coilovers, due to the nil Warranty claims in the 6 years we have been promoting them. And, we have sold many, many sets. Nor have we had any post warranty problems with the product. Some customers are even giving the Ksport Kontrol Pro Damper System a hiding on the drift circuit, with no problems. :mamoru:


STOP PRESS NEWS:

We now have a new TEIN, supplier for some models, with great pricing, so TEIN are back on our list. :squint:

Actually JAK355,

you were very well looked after with your warranty claim, you just pushed the envelope further and wanted far more than the normal warranty covered, and you did very well, you did not pay anything for having the part replaced, and also, Ksport did not even require seeing the '' so called '' damaged or faulty part.

Please tell the truth, you did not have to send the so called , alleged, faulty part back to the USA at all, and it is very misleading for you to say to others that you did.

They replaced it by taking your word for it, and because they accepted my vouching for you. Because I am a very good dealer for them and they trust me. If you are casting aspertions on the Ksport name, it is totally unfounded and you know it.

Also, yours was the very first warranty claim, in 7 years, that I have had here in Australia, very rare indeed.

STT has sold hundreds of Ksport coilovers in the 7 years we have been dealers, and yours was the first warranty claim. Interesting, is it not?

Also we have not had any post warranty problems with the Ksport product either.

And also, your claim was not for the Ksport Kontrol Pro Damper System coilovers, yours was the GT Pro Damper System, which also has never had a warranty claim against it .....WORLD WIDE.

I have customers drifting the Ksport coilovers, and have never had a claim until yours.

It is very disappointing when stories are told, that are not factual.

If anyone requires a complete copy of the transcript of this warranty claim by JAK355, please contact me, and I will furnish one.
