Hey Guys, just got myself a MX83 cressida (well actually I got it bout a month and a half ago), but im finally getting things moving.

I have a list of mods as long as my arm to do to it, but it will take a bit of time before its jsut how I want it.

Location: Auckland, NZ
Engine: 3.0l Straight 6
Drivetrain: RWD (Of course :cool: )

Its kinda stock at the mo, only mod so far has been the CAB (Cold Air Box) I have built for it. As soon as I can find the camera, I will upload some pics.

Is there anybody in NZ that has done one of these cars up??

I need info such as:

- what coilovers (if any) can be used on the car/how can I lower it properly.
- does anybody know (on either side of the pond) if there are any aftermarket lights for the cressy? (ie: Angel Eys, etc)
- Is there any bodykits from any models/makes that will bolt straight on?

Any help is greatly appreciated. Btw, when I get the pics done, I will start a new thread with a complete mod to-do list, and progress.

ok ok ok its been a while, but i got the car back
were putting a new lsd diff, n were strenthening the cradle,

bad news fried 3rd gear n 3rd gear runs reverse so no 3rd gear n no reverse n 4th is slipping

not complying with a defect thing in 04/08, so got a fine, then i got raped a list of defects car issued off the road n a court appearance

this guy is a super cop, he has a folder of my car n photos the lot, not bitching i knoew exactly what the defects were for just gotta cop it

whats the biggest rims and tyres you have had under your mx83 i wanna get some idea of how much room is under there so i can see how wide tyres i can go without having to buy them and find out i wasted my money...
