To join its around $155 i think for the years drifting for all licences and memberships then $44 per meet to actually enter. Drifting this weekend starts around 10am and goes till around 3pm with other forms of racing in between

Lars, Steve, Kurt, Brendan, Mitch are not drifting so will only be Me, Jay, Shane, Jeff, Darren, Jarrod, RX7 guy maybe and the new fellow in the black r32.

spoke to jay (with the white rx7)

he pretty intersted in coming down again, especially for the night meet,

he was going to get in contact with (darren) unknown

A guy from south that brought his car up. He has competed in Drift state and other events in Aus so i been told. Meant to have some mad skillz bro. Very experienced in Tandam drift battles etc so as with mitch he can only help us out so make sure he feels welcome at all times.

ok i have a very silly prob at the moment. I have tyres but need rims to put them on as im seriously running short of rims. Has anybody got some 17's or even 16's that they could lend me for the day. i ahve 2 rims sorted already but would ideally want another 2 or possible 4 if i could. really want to get out there this sunday but this is a stupid prob to have.

Thanks to everyone who turned up. Was a great day and i had a absolute ball. Shall be out at the night meet but i am not sure on the practice day as yet. See how the dollars are.

Will load some footage soon but i did not get much.

Congrats to Jarrod Billy and Shane for the first second and third. Shane next time buddy third will be mine but for now i is happy with fourth LOL

the drifting looked good. i hadn't seen it for a a few meets, so it was good to see the improvement.

I was intrigued though when it started raining. A few guys appeared to still be using the handbrake to get it sideways, usually ending up spinning out. I don't know how to drift, but wouldn't you just use the good ole flick to get it sideways in the wet?

Wow! The drifting has really improved since last time I saw it (early last year). Nice work guys!

The dude in the gold VL was a standout from where I was sitting. BJ, Jarrod, Darren, and Shane all performed extremely well too. Hoping my pics have turned out okay - I'll post some as soon as my batteries have recharged.

I'm only going to post one of my pics, as the rest aren't that great (even this one's not particularly good). Camera was at maximum zoom, shooting through glass, from the wrong angle for pretty much anywhere on the track. This one pretty much did what I wanted it to given the difficulties:
