Them federals are being used all over aus and yes they are the bottom of the range but have had some favourable reviews and some not so. depends on personal preference. harden up guys go faster lols :P hopefully my car is gonna be ready mid year, then for some tyre burning fun. :)


Pffft I can get tyres for $100 fitted, balanced in that size...

Lexani NS3000. not the best but tehy are emerging in drift circles down south as a middle of teh range tyre for drifting.mite not match toyos or bridgestone but somethin to get started on and doesnt cost the earth.

Fair nuff. Will let Shane know when i see him next. Are they in Darwin can they do them cheaper minus fitting as TEDA has there own machine. Also i heard your chasing some 18's yeah. Shoot me a PM with size i got 5 at work going cheap excelent tread for second hand tyres.

will 235/45r18 work. I got 4 at work that are pretty dam good. Think they only want between 25-40 for them all. Prob get them for around 25 each but you would need to get them fitted.

Hey just outa curiosity do you still have 2 x 275/35 hankook K104's (10-25% tread) sitting there? I forgot to come back back and grab them when i got my last newies

OK no worries. I would throw them over the fence but the boys wanted them for cheap to sell on for more and thats not cool. Stop in and ask Ryan about them. I will let him know your coming in sooner or later. Think there 245/45/18

we might have a bit of a light turnout this time...

i'm going to try and fit a camera to my roof for the next one, so ill have outside and inside my car, so any close tandeming will look sweet as.

bj, only thing i would say is use a bit of inertia on all your entrys before you pull the handbrake or dump the clutch., it just gives you that bit more entry angle. other than that you did far better than I did my first few times.

you got this one coming on the 15th then private practise i spoke with shane to organise was first set for the 4th but in talks with NAMSC it got changed to the 11th April and the night drift is the 18th April. Bad thing about that is we will need alot of tyres for the month of april and if you break somehting on the car at the practice day you only got a week to fix it.


BTW i can get

235/45/17 ZTEC, Triangles and Diamond Backs for $85 each new plus shipping. If northline are serious about the$7 a tyre thing that is 93 delivered. Not bad but they can also offer better tyres such as Khumo and Federals so mix matched orders are ok for different budgets and skill levels.

Can get Hankook V8RS for around the 145 delivered mark as well.
