It was good to see alot of new faces out on the track yesterday including BJ and Lars! It's not as easy as it looks hey fellas, but both of you did very well! Lars was a little too aggressive (as per normal with anything he does) but entertained the crowd with his spins and burnout recoveries! |

Matty spat the teeth off the spline for 3rd gear (typical SR gearbox) and was only a few months ago he spat them off 2nd! Maybe time for a T56??  Geoff was out there again tearing up the tarmac and will be great to watch in competition in drift battles with a few of the others! We may have a new face on board also, Emmanuel from LA who has competed in the Formula Drift series is now living in Darwin and working for my wife at Toyworld. He doesn't have a car here but am sure a few of the boys won't mind giving him a go at some stage or another All in all it was a very good day with alot of great drifting being done and shouldn't be too long before you boys start linking all the corners together! Scotty mmmm i wouldn't say it's not easy, the more u learn the corners sliding the better, same as anything u do! aggressive? mmm didn't realise i came across that way, i just think i need a hydo handbrake, and to change my suspension back to how it was! but it was great, only 7 laps in, and i can link from the hair pin to the sweeper, (just need to get through the sweeper ) so i was happy!
