I go for my P1's tomorrow and was jsut wandering if any one has any tips that will help towards getting it?

Tips

Abide by the rules, drive sedately and follow orders.


you can do the hektik one-arm-out-the-window and crank the tunes, while u talk on the mobile phone and eating mcdonalds after you get your licence.

but until then. ten and two... check your mirrors, dont speed and all that shit.

when you go to change gear make sure you grab the right knob

adjust ur rear view mirror up a lil bit when u get in so to look u have to physically move ur head a lil bit and that shows them you checking ur mirror properly

yeah man u got check mirrors like .. every 2 seconds at least, and all of them its fucking bullshit they r hell tight on that. good luck, its pretty over rated its so easy if u kno what ur doing

If you're going to use an instructor's car, make sure the handbrake isn't worn to shit.

I tried to do one in my first test, pulled the handbrake with all my might and still rolled back.

drive like you stole it, nothing impresses an driving examiner more by showing him/her your handling skills. if you get any cops on your tail even better, the more you lose the better chance you got.
