Hrmm.... caught the stadium drift finals last night, and hung around for the presentation type dealio after as well... great night

caught up with ex teda member beau too (who won a second place gong for indy drift whch they presented last night too) , he gave me the ins and outs of everything drifting based here, seems very cheap and easy to get into it.

See what happens when i get me some wheels :D

Home sweet home ;)

Was a good day after a bit of a late start, not that it mattered with about 10 cars sharing the entire length of Hidden Valley. Great to see a bunch of spectators turning up for a practice day of all things too, even when the weather turned bad for about an hour I don't think I saw many leave ;)

No breakages, only 3 sets of dead tyres and a clutch that probably won't last much longer ;) Was quite slippery early on but that just made things fun, especially being able to do clubhouse to hairpin in 1 move and hairpin all the way to turn 11 in 2 moves (counting the switchback to enter turn 11) Few close calls between myself and Matty Lawson but everyone survived the day so far as I can tell ;)

Fair bit of plowing going on while the track was getting wet but still its a great track for high speed even when its wet. :D

Sorry guys i to forgot that is was an early start and missed out on taking videos. I thought it started at 11 for some reason and then checked on here at 1130 when i was bout to walk out the door. Realised it was actually 8am so i did not go down as it was almost finished. Hope to be out driving next meet so prob wont get much video that day either.

There is much more pictures out there, saw a few different cameras pointed at turn 5 and 10 and on the hill around the hairpin.

Come on Lars ratio of you car running right to having issue havn't always balanced out. I've been witness to the tears that thing has casue you over the years. Mind you its that same with my car as well but cant afford to change anything so might just stick with what I know 2 engines in 5 years with the driving lessons it gets not to bad.....
