hey all, put a 2'' body lift in on saturday just have to fix up the bar work, just a bit of cuttin an weldin to do. might add sliders while im at it to save my sils.

tried sum 33's on for size

which then got me thinkin 35's maybe? only issue will be pitman arm in the way but i can live with a bigger turning circle :hsdance:

The old one was sold nearly 12 months ago when I started the sas. It wouldnt fit after the sas. I can recess a winch in the front now the radiator is rear mounted I just need to make a cradle to bolt it to the chassis.

A mate got it through his work he works for an engineering shop. Most people seem to use performance metals for If you dont have a bender imo your better to pay someone, I bought a decent bender and the difference it made was well worth the money I spent on it.

heres my truck, not long had it.
its a 98 3L thats been rebuilt and turbo'd runnin 10pound. 2 inch lift and some 33's. great ute, but torsion bars suck!

Fit a front locker and the IFS isnt as bad, it helps them a LOT

im on the coast and iv fitted a 6" to my 80 a 5" to dads 100 series and a 4" to a mates 100 series. with help of course. its not to hard man u just need a mate or two and a spare day.

im not keen for round four of lifting :S

mate just go the 4 inch... mine had a 3 inch when i bought it, and i stuck a 4 inch in it. there is a noticeable difference in hieght.
