 Nissan Navara Exhaust - How do I get that Muscle Sound??

Hey guys,

What should I do, to create that old V8 Muscle Sound,

This is about the closest i could get to what i want to replicate.

My car = a 2007 Nissan Navara D40.
What Do u recomend i do to make it sound, as much like this as possible?
I mean apart from actually getting the engine from this car and putting it in mine.
Is there even a way i could do this?

sell your car and get a different one
which engine do you have in yours?
if its the 4cyl you will never getit without an engine swap
if it is a v6 you can get similar with massive cams, headders and exhaust
and if its diesel.... never

yer
not with a diesel you wont
but there would be some gains to be had with bigger intercoolers and better exhausts i'd say

So would it b worth, Extractors, bigger intercooler and a better exhaust/muffler?
would i get any close to what i want to do? Might just b worth a try.. thanks mate

v6 diesel wtf man? they dont come in v6d?? 2.5L diesel and the petrol v6. just get a bigger exhaust and a snorkel so you can hear the fully sick flutter through it..

I swear they come in a V6 Diesel dewd. Im looking at buying one...
I dont want a "fully Sick Flutter" i want it to sound muscley, sound like my Old EJ

prob wont sound very good but can get some speed out of modern diesels
the audi le mans car is diesel
but sound wise it will be a diesel for ever

best you do some more research on the car you will be buying,

it will be a 4cyl 2.5L turbo diesel or 4.0l V6 pertol.

that mustang sounds the way it does because its a V8 not becuse its got a special type of exhaust that can go on any car to make that sound, but in saying that the turbo diesel should sound good with a turbo back exhaust but nothing like the mustang.
if you want that sound in a ute get a SS or XR8.

i work at a nissan dealership, they dont have v6 diesels :S

and you cant get a diesel to sound sweet, unless its a 4.2L patrol with a 3" ..
