hey guys cruise sounds like it went really good.. will have to make it to the next one. I said this in the other thread but not sure who will read it so I'll say sgain.lol We should get everyone together when Mopower Race Engines and Performance Dyno Centre has there grand opening dyno day. They are the new dyno shop opening up in Gladdy. Will have an AWD chassis dyno and an engine dyno.

Severe - you should give garth a call from there about your turbo. dont think he is back at work till friday but would be worth talking to him. there number is 49724883.

sounds like that would be a good shop to see at the grand opening. hope they have some dyno days as i've never put mine on one yet since i have owned it

ill run mine on the dyno for fun
and maybe get a dif tune done on it if possible or advance the timing since i got the adjustable cams already installed just set as std. for the moment

but im guessing ill need a piggyback ecu first....... sad.gif


and to u ls1_toy nick i already have a 2jz-ge smile.gif i need a 2jz-gte
it would be alot easier to sell up and get a twin turbo 6 speed
but for me to make enuf on mine id lose out money on all my stereo and the hard work and exretemly intense labour that jake (aka JAK355) put into it
and also the paint is terrible and i would have to respray before i sold it.
not to mention its smacked 173,000kms recently so yeh

very soon im doing every suspension component and along with gearbox/dif service thats after tyres clutch of course.
just gotta wait to hear back from my new job prospects.........

or like hayden said cruise to agnes? but its a long trip for sorta a beach and stuff? place smaller then tannum sands lol

Vonney (Dynotunz Brownplains)has a brand new aftermarket ECU forsale if your after one at cost price(customer never showed up).
Otherwise adjustable fuel reg+Pump and he will get your a couple extra Killwasps...

We got an extra 30FWKW with the Mirage the day before the Pittsworth Sprints from a reg/pump and a couple extra PSI.

Call round tomorrow SHane if you want more details and prices.

ok a cruise to bundy would be a full on drive for a one day thing.....

a early morning mt archer run is wicked with a BBQ at the top then maybe a coast cruise to all the beaches then some photos at the marina. then back to rocky for lunch at sizzlers or hoggies.

if you wanna organise a KICK ARSE cruise we should all organise to cruise to JAMBOREE next january or the next drift australia event that would be fucking cool

What motor?
Im aiming to break 400 at the wheels with a SOHC 2L 4G63. Theres a few around with 350ish hp.

u talking 2l or 1.8l escort engine??

or maybe even the laser/323 bpt? 1.8 turbo u can pick them up pretty cheap
and use subaru turbos on them

Yeah, just going to send the turbo down to GCG, they built it so they can fix/rebuild it. Alot cheaper anyway.

I'd be keen for a dyno day, what are your rates for tuning per hour?? Car's running a touch lean according to the turbo. Hopefuly make 290kw atw on the street tune (which it apparently has according to the previous owner)...

I'm keen for the Mt Archer breaky idea, sizzlers ect. Sounds the goods, it's a fair drive from Rocky to Bundy.

290rwkw is alot from a hi flow. Hopefully it has it but it would be a stretch.

Probably get it all fixed, get a roadworthy and put it up for sale. Go something cheaper, loan repayments suck ass. Just over the fact that a modified car takes money to maintain, and stuff does break.

Probably ask around the $23,000 mark.

Well a standard turbo wouldnt last 3 seconds running 19.5psi, so its definitely something
