Argh insurance, what a joke. My vehicle excess is up 500 because im 21 and drive a skyline, then they hit me with another excess for being 21! WHAT?

hahaha unlucky i think my excess is over a grand easy

coz im under 25
coz i have a 2 door coupe
coz i have an import
and coz ive lost licence 2-3 times


but i have got no claim bonus for many years WOOT never made a claim FTW.

least its gone down from when i was just turned 20 and got the car it was 1650 first year now its like 800

Haha at least y'all have full comp insurance... Won't touch someone with an extensively modified GTR whose lost his licence 5 times!

Yet I'm a much better driver than the one in the beetle just before who had her indicator on all the way up the road and didn't turn then put the other indicator on and kept driving alongside the gutter at the same speed (40 in a 60kph zone)......... Work that one out.

Project - $800 with $800 excess through justcars. But it's stock standard... .. .

exactly i almost got sideswiped twice today by old ladies not looking before indicating or going through roundabouts and i drive a MASSIVE white transit van with while and blue ford FPR FPV logos all over it ...... sigh

yeh same with me grant only just cars would touch me.
i did get quoted like 5k a year from suncorp metway lol when i was looking at buying a worked wrx

made me change my mind quick smart lol

It's just spooling really loud, sounds like a have a t66 or something... Ran some better oil in it today (Nulon 15w 50), highway driving may sort it out, may not.

Getting stuck into some dewinging tomorrow, doing a mates car, maybe mine... Tried to lower the rear an inch and a bit, but the wheels are too wide. Lol fail.

Haha car's famous, i wonder how many skylines are going to have your wheels now...

Yeh strange hey. So its definitely louder then it was when you got it?

You will need a flat screwdriver and 10mm socket for the wing smile.gif Two people helps to get the clips out without scratching your paint.

Your skirts make your wing look alot better IMO.

Yeh, its not like i was the first to have those rims by a long shot. It was a pretty funny surprise to see the car and be like... hang on a second!

Oh and my LED rear lights are being air mailed direct to my door. Cant wait...

Yeah louder, sounds cool if your seeing/hearing me drive past, people thinking, wow that car must have a huuuuge turbo on it. But deep deep down i know, that the bearings are noisy.

Yeah, still deciding, if i get some bigger wheels i may knock it off. But yeah it does look tidy with it on.

Well guys after literally 5 hours or longer. My car is done.

Full wash, wax, interior, boot, engine bay. I even fucking plastic polished all my lights. Hopefully its shining for tomorrow biggrin.gif

A little delayed but Ash, I reckon get the second set out of those three. Not a fan of the last ones. Otherwise, I'd recommend you go with some R34 GTR rims... maybe without the centre caps though. They'd look the best for sure.

Rocky meet up is at 8:30am for 9am departure at Northside Baskins, we head to gladstone and meet up round 10am at big w carpark next to mobil servo...

Can anyone confirm that's the meet up point in gladstone still? and can anyone give us rocky peeps some directions...

yeah that is still correct, on the opposite side of the road from mcdonalds.....when you come into gladdy turn right at the second roundabout after the powerstation....follow blain drv onto dawson highway....right at roundabout at racecourse......go past cemetery.....left at roundabout at bigw/kmart onto philip st and mobil is 100mtrs from that roundabout

thats still the meeting point 10am big w carpark under the shade sails. sounds like everyone was doing the same thing this afternoon gave my xr6turbo a decent clean as well. put my tinted tail lights back on this afternoon so hopefully no police men decide to say hello tomorrow, better take my stock ones just in case haha

LOL i just woke up havent drank in ages and ive been sleeping and hungover all day

like my 3rd ever hangover sad.gif anyways

washed my car at work and it was terrible lol did it with a hose and stuff coz was still blind, so came home and slept
realised was a stupid idea at the time when i blew in my breatho at home 0.05 phew

anyways might get up early and give it a clean at home and maybe through some wetlook on the bad paint spots and maybe polish my headlights

if not she is staying shithouse as is lol

dam i wish i didnt drink last nite it fucked my whole day today lol
mates and their peer pressure
