    looking good, I want to do a 4" lift to my mav but keep hearing stories that I need new flex arms or drop boxes, dont get castor plates etc.

    What did you have to do to get your lift?????

    yeah you do as it moves the diff forward or some crap.

    i did a castor correction kit to get the 3inch lift to sit right
    the one inch spacer was fitted later on.

    Really does depend on the car i have a mate who needed drop boxs(castor was so far out) and adjustable panhards with 4 inch. But myself i put 4 inch king H/Ds in my GQ LWB and came up great with a set of offset castor bushes didnt need an adjustable panhard on the front only on the back and of course you need the longer brake lines front and rear.

    yep your right,my mate has 4inch in his as well
    said he only did castors.

    i was told by 4x4 mob after 3-4inches of lift you start to muck around with what you mentioned.

    im currently on EFS 3inch Coils and shocks
    and got the castor correction kit fitted
    and also the 1inch coil spacer

    and it works fine,no steering,diff or suspension troubles at all...

    I may run with a 4" then and see how the castor plates do, I keep hearing people say that they are shit and don't waste my money just get drop boxes. Do any of you know the reasoning behind everyone saying to stay away? What is the problem with them?

    Im liking the colour coded flares and bullbar too, looks clean

    did look clean didn't it(now sold as of last week)

    i didnt change anything except what i mentioned,sway bars were original.
