whats the dif between fake cooler and i real one?? everyone in town knows my car aint turboed im just saving time for when it is at least i know wat it would look like

and a cooler be a whole lot better then mesh black or silver


but ive had that billet idea for a while just not sure where to get it

anyone know wat im talking bout ....... alot of show cars have them, just rods or bars that are polished even aluminium 1/2 or something would look kewl like jail bars but sideways and spaced apart.

you want a billet grille like minitrucks? coz i know how to make them, not 2 hard, hardest part is mounting them and from a distance it would sorta look like a cooler

how much u reckon it cost in materials??? or take u in time to make one

also how much would u charge coz prob same size hole in bumper as most grilles

its not that hard, i think i hav a diy sheet sumwwer how to make one and i will post a link or it on here. material wise your looking at atleast $100 i would say just for the fact that aluminium is pretty expensive but its a price you pay to be different

we have a shit load of 10 - 8 mm mild square bar at work it will doo the trick probly, theres around ahh 15 lenghts of it

u reckon square bar or round bar? look better
chrome dipped or stainless or polished alloy

wat easiest to get hold of, price, looks wanna hear some thoughts.

ill find out some measurements for the bars and see how many we need prob 6-8 i think depends how wide they are. and then gotta work out how to fit them?
