Firstly all the necessary thank you's!!

* Bianca and Shane for getting up uber early with me this morning to help on the gate
* The lovely Michelle and Brenda on the gate and all the Willowbank staff that make this day possible
* My solo commentator extrodinaire Mark Dunsby

And most importantly the sponsors!

Underwood Wrecking for supplying the Autobarn vouchers that went to the People's Choice Award, Best Skid and Sponsor's Choice Award

Mckern and Associates for being the main sponsor once again and making this day happen. Damien, Arron and Brooke you all rock! thumbsup.gif

Winners today were:

Best Reaction Time - maxrs in the Ford T-Roadster "bathtub" with a 0.402
Best 60ft - Ben Bray in his datto with a 1.205
Best ET Car - Nokout's mate Nick in the R34 with a 11.09
Best ET Bike - Ski's mate Jonathon on the GSXR750 with a 10.95
Most Quarter Mile Passes - GTS32 ... Tim you lunatic doing 62 passes. And people on other forums laughed at me when I said someone last year got 30 passes!
People's Choice Award - Brumby try49 ute ... Nathan you need to give me your postal address wink.gif
Best Skid - VS Style aka Grant aka tyre fryer aka man who likes to set $500 on fire tongue.gif
Sponsor's Choice Award - NIS016 owned by Mick and Kelly for their hot little datto

Good to see there were sooooo many PB's biggrin.gif That and Colin's comment at the very end remind me why these days are done smile.gif

The spreadsheet with all the results should be up tomorrow *crosses fingers* so just be patient smile.gif

I'm off to eat these chocolates and have a few bourbons now! <3 all

*edit* Thanks to the amazing skills of Joshwa your results spreadsheet is done biggrin.gif

Congrats to everyone who PB'd and won the awards. And well done Ang, we very much appreciate all the hard work that you do - not only promoting boost, the sponsors and legal racing, but also for providing us with an awesome and fun day out!!

<3

Despite feeling rather (or a lot!) under the weather I still had a great day smile.gif

hahaha i didn't get the reaction time this time around but some how i did crack several 16.8's which considering i havn't done anything to the car and a previous best of 17.29 definately made it worth headin out,

THANKS ANG!!!! and associated sponsors and victims, for another awesome awesome day out, as someone who only goes out once a year to this event, purely for sh$#'s and giggles, had a blast will be there next time and hopefully ill have a quicker car.

Oh I almost forgot!! I took this picture of my dash while driving out this morning for two reasons. Firstly I've never seen a figure that low and secondly cause of the little thing beside the number, which I was later told is a snow flake picture laugh.gif

A big thanks to Ang all the people that helped and the sponsors.
I have to thank the sponsors without them I would not have one a prize.
The day is a huge success if you ask I got to do some testing that is what is so great about it.
10.1@132mph on street tyres. 9's here I come.

Thanks to reddatsun1600 for the use of his smaller diameter slicks to try and run a 9.

Was happy to get into the 9's on a standard (strapped) 08 1000RR

[email protected]
Highest mph = 147.69 (237.68kph)

999cc
No NOS
No Boost
Street Tyres
Pump Fuel
Standard Clutch

A lot of motavation from the McKern team to try and get a 9.8 pass - Maybe next year (I blame lack of practice)

Had an absolute ball racing Rob's Yellow Supra - It was like Daisy-v-Tweety. I had to squirt the NOS and up the boost :-)

Was most impressed with that sweet looking M3 - I am not sure what it run, however guessing low-mid 11's ??

Thanks heaps Willowbank Raceway, Boostcruising, and Sponsors.
