i wont be out again for a while the skyline will probably stay in the shed... just drive the falcodore around and not get harrased by the bacon, but just to make me feel better the camera man asked me a question |

yeah im pretty sick of it, i drive a skyline cause i like them, have ever since i was a young'n jap cars are in my blood my father was a rotary man in his day and my mother always had dattos and some nice escorts( ok not so jap ) my brother is getting his first import soon ( a FTO is it a Gpx?) even my youngest brother not even on his l's wants to kick it old school with a RX3, as you can probably tell me and my brothers were born with a bit of petrol in our blood.... |

Yeah, it's really stupid atm. I pulled out Thursday night for one lap and was folowed by the police. Just waiting to get pulled over and have me defected for god knows what. It is bullshit about how they aimed to get the "hoons" off the street and anyone with an import, or maybe just anyone cruising on a Thursday night in Rocky, is automatically classified as one. Why not have a rant to the local paper about how we ("fully SIC hoons") are being targeted? And Jeri, we all don't chew straw.  |

But that's because of all the unwanted and unnecessary media attention. 5 years ago not as much media attention = not as many defects and "random breath tests" and "licence checks". It sucks, but from what I saw on thursday night when I was parked up at autobarn, alot of people deserve to be getting pulled over for what they were doing. No it wasn't necessarily imports or high powered vehicles, but I would say at least 95% of idiots were in excels and smaller girly, no power vehicles. Some was really dangerous, swerving in and out of traffic, speeding and other stuff. Wonder why we get targeted... It's just easier and makes more money to target modified vehicles rather than the drivers. Yes but what else is there to do in Rocky? Yeah that's what dad and I thought too but we've tried this both ways and broke a sidchrome hinge bar with a 1/2 inch drive...... Upgraded to a 3/4" to fit the 36mm socket better and hoping it works but it's seriously lifting the whole rear of the car off the ground so its no surprise it snapped. |

im half way through the letter it has to be worded the right way once its done ill post it on here and hand it into the bullie, anymoney they wont put it in the paper, you know what we should do, do a cruise to the beach like a fundraising cruise, have like a meet and great and a BBQ, invite the paper and maybe my "friends" at win news, to show that we are not all serial killer drug addict feinds that drive cars at killer speeds just to piss off grandma's on there way home from bingo.... |

this be true.... still i think we should do it i have a old school mate who is a reporter at the bullie, it is true about the wrong people turning up we would just have to keep a close eye on them, police and main roads at gracemere doing road side inspections. |
