It's a namsc meeting, but not a 'race day' as such. More of a shakedown/ test and tune for the race cars + dorifto and I think lappies etc. Not listed in the namsc calendurrr. |

As I understand it , Skando is where you drift in the oposite direction to the way the corner runs , and then transition into the next drift around the corner. Where as a feint is the same but you don't break traction in the first movment , you just do it to transfer the wheight of the car . |

QUOTE(ancullen @ May 12 2008, 10:32 AM) Sorry to go slightly off topic, but what's the difference between a Scandanavian Flick and a Feint? I always thought they were the same thing! I always thought a SF was a weight transition opposite way to the turn, to initiate weight transfer. And a feint was a full on drift opposite to the direction your going to turn in, before linking into it. Meh, I say tomato........ |

QUOTE(Territory Laser Cutting @ May 12 2008, 03:05 PM) Correctamundo! It is a "practice for V8s" as far as HQs, IP and Commodes are concerned, and a round for drifting, lapsprinters and Street car shootout. Pretty much the normal format. This was mentioned at the general meeting, and drivers briefing, and should be up on our website......., .........., Yep, I just checked. Also a email has been sent out this week. It will be a great day, so I hope to see everyone there, & can someone tie Bilal and Daniel up on Saturday night, stop them drinking and chasing skirt, so they make it for once!!! Cheers. hahahah cmon man we jus like to have fun lols nah hopefully get down there this time if my car is all sorted.need some 16 from somewhere 18s cost too much |
