I love that track supra, it looks like they ran over a lil kid with a bloodish colour on the front bar, Plus autosalon bogan's are cool.

What about the alpine car man...than thing is pure crazy! Out of my favorites had to be the range rover near the dyno and the STI over near center stage. Does anyone know what happened to the R32 (i think) up on the dyno? Overheat or what? They couldn't even get her started when i left...

Anyway, great cars + great wemon = awesome day, and it sure was tongue.gif Me and me mates even managed to walk out the door with about $400 bucks of freebies....not a bad day at all tongue.gif

the turbo bell mouths are called velocity funnels and they actually help a bit from what i have read (correct if wront)

man im sick of seeing all these bloody cars from sydney... yeh they are nice but this is QUEENSLAND!! wtf why dont they just go to theres and let the show be for ours

Lyle,
There just plain old simple turbo bell mouths,
Those show cars use them simply for looks effect as on a street car they aren't generally used.
Normally most turbo charged cars use airfilters to stop shit from being sucked into the turbo, Bell Mouths are generally used on drag cars as they dont have to worry as much about shit being sucked into the turbo, It may also help create better airflow aswell, and because the runs are so short.....

What makes me laugh is that most of those cars are supposed to show customers etc what there car can have done to it.... but what normal person drives around with friggin speaks under the bonnet of there street car?

I love the TRD supra...... you can tell by the mud and dirt that she is driven and driven hard biggrin.gif Just the way there supposed to be used....

i can only really speak for the 2SUS / TYM2GO Racing boys

1. the 2SUS S2000 was built to show what 2SUS custom resprays can do, its basically a promo car and its a full A/V car as well which means practicality doesnt mean shit. speakers, screens, subs, amps what ever and where ever just like the Alpine mini. But 2SUS is actually regularly street driven here in sydney.

2. the turbo bel mounts on the TYM2GO cars are only on the cars at the show when the cars are street driven air filters go straight on.

3. the QSR M3 drag car has been on the track already it has run a PB of 7.4 at WSID
so its not really what you can call a poser.

that bmw is only a new car and was run up here in undercoat not long ago. dunno.gif

aswell as a new chasis it has a new engine set up and not properlly finisned yet.

i think it's tuff as and i don,t really like rotary's that much thumbsup.gif
