Hmmm, I always though that a car had to be completely stock to be imported into the country under the SEVS ruling. |

Yeh the guy at the workshop said they'll pull everything off and put stock shit on (they have a pile of stock parts that go onto cars just to pass sevs compliance and then just swap it all over again once it's approved) |

Nice looking car though. no only completely standard to get the compliance, not to get import approval. My cars are sometimes not standard, i get them from the whalves, put standard gear in, take to my compliance guys, get compliance done ( 2-3 weeks normally) Just make sure no holes been cut to put intercooler pipes through etc or else your pretty much screwed and it wont get complied and will be destroyed. When they say standard they mean DEAD standard down to factory nissan/toyota whatever/ brake pads and yes they check them! |
