Today is red nose day smile.gif happy Red Nose Day! Cruise is on in a couple of weeks!

The first post has been updated with a word document with all the directions and maps etc.

I just thought I'd stick my nose in and give some info on the organisation so that everyone gets a bit of an appreciation for why this cause is so important to us smile.gif

Sids and Kids is no longer just about Sudden Infant Death Syndrome or "cot death" as it used to be called, they are also the biggest provider of support and funding to aid in Bereavement support for anyone affected by the loss of a child from 20 weeks gestation up to the age of six, regardless of cause.


The organisation has been around for decades and has led to the development of safe sleeping programs which has in turn lowered the Sids fatality rate by thousands of deaths per year.

S&K provide a 24 hour bereavement support line as well as funding research into stillbirth and Sids.
