QUOTE Is the Trion Nemesis going to be the America’s best Hypercar with its spectacular 2000HP?! The Youtuber, Salomondrin, got invited to the exclusive showing of the Trion Nemesis that aims at competing in the Hypercar space. Of course, he immediately agreed to see the angry 2000 HP beast! We’re pretty excited about the all-new American boutique hypercar because America does lack in this department. The company claims that this Trion Nemesis will have a massive power plant coming out from its V8. They also believe that this monster could hit 60 mph in 2.8 seconds. That makes the top speed of this thing to be 270 mph. If this turns out to be true, the newcomer could easily be put against Hennessey Venom GT or the Koenigsegg Agera One:1. Check it out! money doesn't necessarily maketh a good show, but it can't hurt. QUOTE INSANE Budget APPROVED For Jeremy Clarkson’s New Show
When Amazon said they weren’t joking about giving the Top Gear trio freedom to make the show that they want, they were not joking. The reports are that Jeremy Clarkson, Richard Hammond and James May have been handed a budget of £160 MILLION for the upcoming series. They are not messing about. It will make the show one of the most expensive ever, with a budget bigger than the first two seasons of top U.S. heavyweights, House of Cards and the first Avengers movie. The news comes from Top Gear producer Andy Wilman, who is onboard with the trio, after he told Broadcast that Amazon had promised a budget of £160 million. We assume this is the reason that they chose the fairly new contenders in the streaming world over heavyweights such as Netflix or another TV channel. The lads have committed to 36 episodes of the new show, which will air in 2016 and is yet to be named, and if the reported budget is correct, each episode should have a kitty of around £4.5 million. Wow. |

With the number of people you see these days with tattoos, this is a bit of a worry QUOTE Australian businessman and counterfeit specialist John Houston sat back in his Beijing hotel room on Thursday and looked at the two small bottles of tattoo ink on his desk. The growth in fake produce, we saw this coming five or 10 years ago, but the deluge is upon us. The two bottles were absolutely identical in every way. "I have been in this business for years and cannot spot a single difference on the labels," he told Fairfax Media. "A very good counterfeiting job." Except of course, the danger lay beneath. Toxic tattoo ink out of China has swamped markets from San Francisco to Sydney, bearing the brand names Intenze, MOM's, Starbrite, Immortal, Kuro Sumi and Skin Candy. Thanks to online retailers and auction sites, the bootleg inks have found their way to Australia in recent months. Tests have shown the Chinese fake inks contain artificial black henna, a cheaper substitute to natural red henna, as a pigment. Some samples have contained such high levels of bacteria and dangerous heavy metals that the US Food and Drug Administration has issued health warnings. "We get the lab report back in a week on the fake ink," Houston said. "But it scares me what we might uncover." Major corporations and fashion houses have lived with the spectre of Chinese counterfeiting for decades, but the latest trend towards fake foods and consumables is proving a nightmare for Australian businesses and consumers. http://www.smh.com.au/business/retail/labe...805-girzir.html |

new hoverboard footage from Lexus <object type="application/x-shockwave-flash" height="468" width="625" data="https://www.youtube.com/v/ZwSwZ2Y0Ops"><param name="movie" value="https://www.youtube.com/v/ZwSwZ2Y0Ops"><param name="allowScriptAccess" value="sameDomain"><param name="quality" value="best"><param name="bgcolor" value="#FFFFFF"><param name="scale" value="noScale"><param name="salign" value="TL"><param name="FlashVars" value="playerMode=embedded" /><param name="wmode" value="transparent"/></object> Saw that video a couple of days ago,and thought the mist coming out of it was just for effect, but watching that second video, turns out it's Liquid Nitrogen,to keep the workings cool.So given the logistics to store Liquid Nitrogen (it's boiling point is -197degrees Celsius),and the fact that it has to have a permanent magnet under it to work,(so restricted to a dedicated skate park),it's going to be a 'specialised toy'.Kudos to them for getting the concept to work though. |

Yeah, it's pretty far from a "hoverboard". Also it's pretty damn far from frictionless. It's contacting the ground somewhere like 60% of the time. |

how handy would this be. you could see a lot of people making their own intercooler piping and roll cages with something like this, though i couldn't see it handling something as intricate as a turbo manifold..... |
