Our father, who art in leather Rossi be his name Thy corner come Thy
kneedown will be done In smooth tarmac is are heaven Give us sunny days
our daily ride For give us our wheelies As we forgive those who wheelie
against us And lead us into the redline; but keep us from Police who
are evil. For thine is the wheelie, the power, and the stoppie, for
ever and ever. amen

I think theyre the speed cameras that take your average speed over a certain stretch of road.

sneaky as cameras, do you know if they are going to have any signs saying there is a speed camera ahead like all the other speed cameras, or white lines on the road or are they just going to be hidden

there fixed speed cameras but theres no lines on the road so im sure there still in testing??

Possibly counting vehicles? I doubt speed cameras, no lines on the road, and no warnings about it.

These are fixed speed cameras. They were announced ages ago at the same time as the Waterworks/Jubilee Tce Red light/speed cam, Beaudesert Rd redlight/speed cam, point to point cameras on Bruce Hwy, etc., (early this year/late last year?). They have just taken their time at putting these in. Lane dedicated parabolic radar if I'm no mistaken?

That's what it looks like!

Fucking hell the government is blowing a fair bit of money on these things. I'm sure they'll see a return by next week.

Are these Southbound or Northbound?
I had knew about cameras at the location but this is why I have never seen them. Sneaky.

Whilst we're at it, Anyone know if the Point to Point set up on the Bruce before Caloundra is operational yet?

Looks like they put them in 1km away from where it goes from 110km/h @ Beenleigh to 100km/h about 700m before the Logan River.... and these are about 300m up the road from the Logan River... Sneaky ass motherfuckers...

Seven cameras will be tested in locations across South East Queensland. These will be:
 two combined red light/speed cameras
 Waterworks Road and Jubilee Terrace, Ashgrove
 Beaudesert Road and Compton Road, Calamvale
 three spot-fixed speed cameras
 Pacific Motorway, Loganholme
 Gateway Arterial Road, Nudgee
 Clem7 Tunnel, Woolloongabba to Bowen Hills
 one point-to-point speed camera system
 Bruce Highway, Caloundra Road to Wild Horse Mountain, Beerburrum
 one mobile speed camera (used at varying locations).

they would have to flash at night, infra red or not wouldnt they?

Can anyone confirm if these are operational or in testing?

I thought it was illegal to have a fixed camera and no signage for it...

All those HWY racers will be fucked, that the smoothed part of the hwy and i regularly see people blasting through there

I thought the law had changed about signage with speed cameras?
