Sure is a tough car, it sure can produce some power. Would be nice to be able to flick between 400, 500 and 700 wheel horse power when needed!

cheers bryza good to here from u ,,,,the way i look at it ,,if they dont believe what ride u have ,,,,sux to be them i know its sitting in my shed .....all complied when every1 said it could not be done ,,,,,,when people tell me something cant be done trust me i make sure i can do it just to prove them wrong ,,,,,,it might have taken me a few extra weeks but i got it complied and on the road in nsw,,,,,,and i do know my jap cars i love them ,,,i breath them it lives in my veins and always will

Don't worry about some people on here! It is a shame that you didn't build it but then again if you know the entire history of the car then you really are saving the money and effort, I normally am not a fan of r33s though I'll give yours an exception! Enjoy it!

I think what everyone is saying here is...

To LEGALLY comply that car to pass it would need to be returned back to stock condition.

There is a lot of non legit people who will comply a modified car and turn a bind eye. That is clearly what has happened here.

Nothing wrong with it, it's just political bullshit preventing modified imports being imported.

If he had done the mods here everyone would have been stating THATS FUCKING AWESOME, but just because it was complied on the sly, people are getting on their moral high horse, as per fucking usual.

At the end of the day, the car was built well, and will make bullshit power, why can't people just accept it for what it is and the fact that there was some guy that was able to see that complying it in modified state, built the RIGHT way was smarter than returning it to stock, then putting the modified parts back on.

Pull your head in kids.

Also with reference to draven beign proven "wrong" he hasn't been.

Legally this car could not be complied in Australia.

Hats off the the owner for finding someone who can / would do it.

But think about it, and the owner has already mentioned this, how many kids come on here, tyre kickers if you must, and brag about cars they are importing with this that and the other done to it.

I would have said the same thing as Draven.

It was also to prevent the unscrupulous importers bringing cut-and-shuts and dirt cheap accident repaired cars into the country.

This car has obviously had a wealthy owner in Japan do the mods and its a shame that these monster 'technically' aren't allowed into the country
