Up for sale is my Worked 18rg. The guy I bought this off was a dune buggy fanatic and loved to tinker with 18rgs.
2.2litres App. 88mm bore x Std. stroke Modified high comp. 253 Holden pistons Custom cams (grind unknown) Distributor 18R modified advance 15deg. Static /38deg. Total/max. Maximum engine revs 7200 (dont exceed or engine will self-destruct) Has Yamaha Head and Twin Solex Carbies. Has adaptor plate and flywheel for VW.
This motor also kept sucking in the aircleaners off the Carbies, hence the custom made camber to counter this problem.
The motor was over 200hp. Has not run in a few years.
