Just a quick question:

Just purchased a Charged VT (L67 as far as i know) which has had a fair bit of work done to it i.e: brand new yella terra charger, 10psi snout kit, 1:18 roller rockers, custom memcal, extractors, exhaust blah blah.. Just wondering, the whine on it, quiet would be an upgrade.. Its completely silent, which is good at times but not exactly what im looking for.. Is there any way that isnt going to cost me an arm and a leg to make the whine louder?

Helpful information much appreciated. Negative information on the other hand.. well, dont bother..

You could always get a gilmer drive?

Change the pulleys over toa gilmer type toothed set, custom made and won't be very cheap or change the type of blower. The reason they use those blowers amoung other things is because they are quiet.

Nothing you can do on the cheap to get the whine.

if you wanna make it as loud as possible on a budget take all the intake piping/air cleaner assembly and run a short metal intake pipe with a bell mouth intake on it just before the headlight ... my epic paint edit shows what i mean ... tho for street you will wanna run a secured pod

Decent set of extractors and twin 2.5" exhaust (or single 3") and custom intake piping will enhance it a little bit.

need to open up the intake and exhaust. Im guessing the exhaust is already done. So now setup a nice cold air intake. Dump the factory box. Mine whines its guts out. Up the boost some more and remove the heat/ noise sheild stuff from the bonnet. Or you could look at a2a intercooling.

Here is a vid of mine, obviously at full noise
