Pricks are getting pretty cheeky these days tho, i dont buy a car unless i no i can insure it, i dont live in the city but theres still a lot of dickheads here who love to take cars for joy rides, thrash the ass out of it n dump it down the street, just gives me the shits that so many people are getting away with it these days..

How hard is it to have a kill switch?

My last kill switch cost me $5, which included, the switch, wires, tape, and some more tape.

Pretty much guys, its at the stage now that if you dont have GPS tracking, its gone for good, with 0.00% chance of seeing it again.

Do yourself a favour, they are cheap as chips now, i have 2 now on both my cars, easy to install, easy to use. If you dont want to do that even go and buy a cheap iphone for like 200 with a simcard and just use that as a tracking bug. Im sure other phones will do. Just set it up so that once the car is on its charging, hidden obviously.

Put it this way, first car stolen with a GPS, will lead you to others probly. Dont tell the cops, bust on in and reposses every fucking thing they have.

????

Profit!

The problem is imo, people either dont know about this rising issue or they have an attitude that it wont happen to them.

That and they have no anti theft deterrents on their vehicles...

I'd say yes. I cant imagine we have many groups of organized thieves doing the same thing in similar areas.

I bought 2 for 100 off a mate, hew bought 20 i think for his fleet at work. I fitted them on the weekend. I put the actual devices in the drivers seats rather than under the dash/usual places. All they do is track, no cut offs, no alarms, just hastle free theft, untill that is, i burn their house down after re possesing my car and what ever will fit inside it.

Im a little sad though, i mean, the chances of my holden cruze being stolen or my mrs rav 4 are quite slim sad.gif
