Aussie Day Cruise.
Sunday 25th January the day before Australia Day so people can spend Australia Day with family etc.

We are meeting at Stapylton BP at 9.30am,
We will be heading north.. To somewhere around Wellington Point..
for those of you who dont know where stapylton BP is,
it is directly across the M1 from Yatala Pies, the big BP there..

If the rsvp is anything to go by, there is 90+ people going shocked.gif so if everyone could please be responsible drivers, no one wants to see or be in an accident hsnono.gif so a little bit of sensibility on the day is appreciated. Stick to the road rules and we wont have any problems.. provoke.gif ..


I will have a map of where we are going for most people who are attending... there will be a couple of stops to regain the group (due to traffic lights etc) and i will point them out before we leave.. went for a drive and found a nice quite street that we thought would be a great opportunity for a photo shoot of all the cars lined up.. we'll see how we go.. we have arranged for the cruise to be going through a scenic area so that is fun fun. thumbsup.gif

Troy will be driving in the middle of the group and i will be at the front, this is to prevent losing anyone on the way. Cant wait to see you all there...!!

just so there is no confusion, the staplyton bp is the one opposite from the yatala pies, the one at dreamworld is the coomera bp smile.gif

might come, althought I'm travelling from Camp Hill/Coorparoo area, anyone interested in meeting up around from this area and then cruising to Cleveland pt?

EYY yeah I realised this last night that I got that mixed up because one of my friends was like. can you drive me to stapylton bp im hungry an i was like thats heaps far and they are like.. nah yatala. and i was like... need to know wich on wellow or cleveland.. wellow has way better parking than cleveland.. so i can tell the boys wich one

get numbers before you decide, although Cleveland will be busy if its a public holiday because the lighthouse restaurant is always open on public holidays and the park is always a good place to get married or have a picnic with the kids,

where as Wello pt (hate to say it) would be a better place to go for a bigger car meet because it has a secondary car park away from the kids playground, and is for boats and trailers so more cars can fit in one car park space.

although both are one way in/out so everyone has to be on good behaviour otherwise we are all in shite.

im up for the meet though!
