Well it all started when...

A dude posted up that his R33 with cat back zorst and .8 bar boost pulled 180rwkw. And so naturally i said well thats pretty high, good figure but with the mods its more likely then not that the dyno is reading high.

So then everyone started the "leave his car alone" shit and I basically said im not attacking him just saying its a high figure.

Turns out it wasnt done with just a cat back, its got a front mount, full rebuild (forgies, who knows whether they upped the compression, headwork?)

So I bascially said fair enough its no longer your typical 12yo 33 and it probably could make that power because theres really no way to know how worked it is.

Well then a mod got on and said obviously this is because your sour your r34 makes less power then an r33 blah blah stop winging its correct etc.

So about then I got angry and said that he has the typical queensland street scene attitude where everyone fires up for no reason and are all dickheads. I simply said it was making more power then a normal cat back boosted 33 would and in the end it was because its not a normal 33.

Then he cracked up. Got cranky saying im a young bloke with no idea rady rar rar.

And the owner of the car laughed because i said a rebuild could net more power (surely he knows you can change the compression, i thought, but no)

and so I went back today and im gone. Forever. Out of nothing really, bunch of noobs.

end of the day he got caught out because i said it wouldnt be stocko to make that and it wasnt Hooray.

I go down there every few weeks.

What are the cops like with "new" cars in town. I dont see many out at night, not that ive driven around much at night.

Cops are not too bad here. Go out on a thurs they are everywhere but equally there are a billion more cars and your chances of being pulled up are not great. Generally just get the too low/too loud defects handed out.

yeah shane i'm in, i will bring the flacon out for a spin. anything is good for me with the cruise where ever is cool. hopefully will get alot of cars coming out been a while since a big car cruise has happened. i been talking to a few gladdy drivers, hopefully some fellow drivers out

It is sunday the 21st of september
Rocky guys meet us at 0930-1000 head to spinnaker park and maybe gets some photos out there, i reckon then go to tannum and maybe get fish n chips or kfc etc and head to esplande( kick footy or watever) and then head out to the dam. Thats just my idea, not trying to take this job from you Shane... Just trying to help

cruises in the past had rocky people left behind and not knowing where to go , so hopefully doesnt happen again.

Haha, Grant you owe me ten bucks. Decided on a r34. Got it inspected yesterday, everything is a ok. So i'll fly down and drive it back tomorrow.

So the 21st it is.
