Sellers Description

Up for swaps is my 92 series II VQ statesman with the 3.8l v6 Buick.
Open to offers to swap for a 4wd ute or wagon. This car is in superb condition for its age, near immaculate, and as the cars second owner, I can genuinely say that this lovely beast truly will bring great satisfaction to its new owner. To date, it has traveled a mere 184 000k. Sitting on 18 inch Sporza chrome rims, with next to new Bob Jane Zenons, the ride is solid and stable. Included will be 4 Bridgestone Turanzas with around %80 tread, on the original factory rims complete with center caps, also all in impeccable condition, +1 misc branded tire on the 5th spare rim, also complete. There is a full security system, with an override key (you will need to source a new remote). Also fitted is a Tekonsha trailer brake system. Dark tint all round. Power windows all round. The only problem with this car that I can see, is the fact that the rear right power window button is currently not functioning, although i believe this would be a very easy fix. Power mirrors. Included also are front sheepskin seat covers, and ALSO INCLUDED is a set of Wildcat extractors that have not been fitted. I have fitted a K&N PANEL filter, not a pod, so you will never need to buy air filters, and I will also include a filter maintenance kit. This car is truly a gem, and is a fine example of solid engineering, they simply do not make them like this anymore. She will only increase in value, and is a true collectable. RWC can be arranged for the right offer. sold without rego.

Series II (19911993)
19911993 Holden Statesman (VQ II)

The VQ was the first ever Holden to be officially offered as a Series II model.

Although the VQ Series I was based on the VN Commodore, the Series II was based on the VP Commodore. This meant that it had a fully revised electrical system consisting of a centralised body control module.

The Series II was fitted with a subtle bodykit and slightly different interior trim. It also had other minor changes such as body coloured side mirrors and indicator repeaters on the front guards.
Statesman

The VQ Statesman Series II was priced from A$42,863 when new.

VQ Statesman Series II Standard features superseded and added to those of the VQ Statesman Series I variant:

15-inch alloy wheels
Speed sensitive power steering
Drivers side glovebox

VQ Statesman Series II Optional features superseded and added to those of the VQ Statesman Series I variant:

Anti-lock brakes
V6 engine
